Refund Policy
Payment Processing
All payments for Are We Even are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Event Pass Refunds
Event Passes are non-refundable once purchased. This is because Event Passes provide immediate access to premium features for a limited time (7 or 30 days).
Before purchasing an Event Pass, we encourage you to use our 14-day free trial to ensure the service meets your needs.
Subscription Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Monthly subscriptions: Refund available within 7 days of first payment only.
Annual subscriptions: Refund available within 7 days of purchase. No partial refunds after 7 days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@areweeven.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data remains accessible; groups are not deleted
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@areweeven.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
